The Current CFO has accepted a position as the Director of the Budget Division of the Jewish Agency for Israel
Ness Ziona, Israel, 3 March 2019, Israeli biotechnology company Kadimastem (TASE: KDST) announced today the appointment of Yossi Nizhar, CPA, as its new CFO. Mr. Nizhar has extensive experience as a CFO and senior executive of multinational pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies. Mr. Nizhar brings extensive business and commercial knowledge with him. In his last position, Mr. Nizhar served as the CFO of AstraZeneca Israel, a subsidiary of AstraZeneca PLC, one of the largest global pharmaceutical companies. The Company believes that Mr. Nizhar's experience and skills will be of great value in the development of Kadimastem as a leading global company.
Mr. Nizhar is replacing Mr. Yehuda Feinberg, who served as the Company's CFO for around 8 years. Mr. Feinberg informed the company that he has accepted an offer to serve as Director of the Budget Division of The Jewish Agency for Israel, a position that is near to his heart and represents a professional advancement.
